Fish n Chips

I tried this for the first time, and i was glad that it turned out really well.

White fish fillet ( i used tapia ) 2
breadcrumbs to coat
flour 3tbsp
cornstarch 1 tsp
salt n pepper to taste
egg 1
worcestershire sauce 2tsp
oil for frying

Method :
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, dip the fish in the marinade and roll over the breadcrumbs, and deep fry, serve with chips,and salad.
